Affiliate Programme Terms
The rules for referrals, recurring commission, responsible promotion and payments.
Joining the programme
You must have a FitCheck account and accept these terms before using an affiliate link. FitCheck may pause or close an affiliate account where necessary to protect members, the service or the programme.
How referrals are attributed
A referral is attributed when a new user creates their FitCheck account after following your unique link or accepting an invitation sent from your affiliate area. The referral cookie lasts for 30 days. Existing FitCheck accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent or misleading signups are not eligible.
Commission
The standard commission rate is 10% of eligible FitCheck membership revenue actually collected from a referred member, after discounts and excluding tax. Commission may recur on later eligible membership invoices while the referral and affiliate account remain valid.
Complimentary access, free trials, failed payments, taxes and amounts not collected by FitCheck do not generate commission. Refunds, chargebacks and payment reversals reduce the commission balance and may be offset against future earnings.
Availability and payment
New commission is held temporarily to allow for refunds and payment reversals. Your affiliate area shows pending, available and paid balances. FitCheck arranges payment using the payment details saved in your account and records completed payments in your commission history.
Responsible promotion
You must describe FitCheck honestly, make it clear when you may earn commission, and comply with advertising, privacy and electronic-marketing rules that apply to you. You must not send spam, make medical or guaranteed-results claims, imitate FitCheck, bid on FitCheck brand terms without permission, or use misleading discounts or incentives.
Privacy
Your affiliate dashboard shows limited information about people attributed to you and their membership status. You must use this information only to understand your affiliate activity and must not copy, disclose or use it for unrelated marketing.
Changes and closure
FitCheck may change the programme, commission arrangements or these terms with reasonable notice. Commission already validly earned will remain recorded, subject to refunds, reversals, fraud checks and these terms.
